Bank of China Hong Kong or BOCHK is a locally incorporated licensed bank, the second-largest commercial banking group in Hong Kong by customer deposits and assets.

It has been founded in October 2001 as a result of a combining businesses of 10 banks, belonged to the Bank of China Group in Hong Kong.

Today BOCHK provides comprehensive financial solutions for individuals and business customers through a distribution network of over 260 branches and more than 580 ATMs in Hong Kong.

The bank is one of the three note-issuing banks in Hong Kong.
