Public Bank Hong Kong formerly Asia Commercial Bank is a subsidiary of the Malaysian financial group Public Financial Holdings Limited.

The bank was established in Hong Kong in the 1930s and currently has 32 branches in Hong Kong, one branch and two sub-branches in Shenzhen, PRC and a representative offices in Shanghai, Shenyang and Taiwan.
